SHIPPING & RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, with rates calculated by the USPS based on the size and weight of the order as well as the destination address. You will be prompted to select one of the two options at checkout. 

All of our products are made in small batches and while we try to keep enough stock on hand to fulfill orders immediately, we often make your products to order. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be shipped from our studio. If you need it sooner please feel free to contact us to let us know your specifications and we'll do our best to work with you. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the USPS tracking information. 

If you prefer to receive your order via a third party shipping company like UPS or FedEx, please send us an email at info@shopxodo.com and let us know and we will add the option for you in the checkout page. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship international packages via USPS Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Express International, and USPS First Class International. The rates are calculated automatically by USPS and are based on the size and weight of your order as well as the destination address. At checkout you will be prompted to select one of the three options. 

If you'd prefer to use UPS or FedEx for your international shipping option, please let us know by emailing at info@shopxodo.com and we will add the option to your checkout page. 

We just recently started to offer international shipping as an option and there may be some kinks to work out- please let us know if you have any questions or issues with the process by emailing us at info@shopxodo.com and we will work with you to make it better! 

RETURNS 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with the quality of your product, however, please send us an email at info@shopxodo.com and we will happily discuss the situation with you. When appropriate, we may send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
